Tillman Wine Merchants – Return & Refund Policy

At Tillman Wine Merchants, we take great pride in the quality of the wines we import and deliver. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Corked Wine

If you believe a bottle is faulty or corked, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tillmanwinemerchants.com.

  • We will happily replace the bottle or offer a credit/refund once the issue is confirmed.

  • To process the return, the bottle must be at least ¾ full and include the original cork (where possible).

  • We may request the bottle be returned to us for quality assessment and verification with the producer.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives incorrect, broken, or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or credit depending on your preference and stock availability.

  • Please provide photos of any damaged items or packaging where applicable.

Change of Mind

As wine is a perishable product, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the order has been shipped. Please check your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Returns Process

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@tillmanwinemerchants.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos if the wine is damaged or faulty

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and arrange replacement or refund promptly.
