Sparkling Cuvée Brut

From the limestone and clay soils of Bairrada, Ataíde Semedo Cuvée Brut 2023 is a sparkling wine of precision and elegance, made in the traditional method associated with Champagne.

This cuvée blends Bical (40%) and Cerceal (40%) with a touch of Chardonnay (10%) and Pinot Noir (10%), harvested from south-facing hillside vineyards. Grapes are gently pressed and fermented in small stainless-steel tanks to preserve their purity, before undergoing a second fermentation in bottle and 12 months of aging on lees to build depth and complexity.

The result is a sparkling wine that is fresh and expressive, with fine bubbles, delicate notes of citrus and orchard fruit, and a subtle creaminess on the palate. Balanced acidity and minerality carry through to a refined, persistent finish.

Perfect for celebration or food pairing, it shines alongside fresh seafood, creamy cheeses, or as a stylish aperitif.
