A pale salmon rosé crafted from 50% Moscatel de Setúbal and 50% Touriga Nacional. It offers aromas of wild roses, violets, and lychees, leading to a delicate and floral palate with a medium finish. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16°C to preserve freshness. Best served at 8°C.
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish, salads, and seafood.
