Method: Fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature and no barrel ageing to preserve the full potential of each grape variety.

Tasting Notes: This wine is clear and bright greenish in colour. It has great aromatic intensity with stone fruit and tropical notes. On the palate it is fresh and well balanced with notes of asparagus and minerality.
